Internal indexer is now using the real marketplace data, not using that html parsing code anymore!
So indexer is now downloading : boxart, game backgrounds, screenshots, game preview video, game banner and game text info (description, genre, publisher, developer).
Also fixed most of the HTTP Downloader issue!
I added description, game genre an banner to gui. Banner was mostly hacked in and will be propered in later version.

ReplyDeleteThe current FSDIndexer doesn't index work for Japanese games, I hope they will be supported in 2.0.
And could you please make it so marketplace content doesn't get deleted if I start my xbox without the hdd plugged in?
Its already done (games from hdd wont get deleted from inner list if hdd not plugged in) but it wont be displayed in list.

Nice work. That is a great banner for pocketbike racer. You can really see the effort they put into it.

ReplyDeleteHey got a question/suggestion. Would it be possible to make a slide for eachgame that shows all the DLC installed on HDD for that game along with Titleupdates too? I think that would be a pretty sweet feature.
ReplyDeleteLooking sick.. Also would it be possible to grab the game description from the game detail page instead of the game marketplace page. Most of the time the description on the game detail page is much cleaner especially for XBLA games. Contains no text like "(ONLINE INTERACTIONS NOT RATED BY THE ESRB)", "There are no refunds for this item. For more information, see www.xbox.com/live/accounts." ect.
