FSD 2.0 7/5/2010

Testing is underway and things are looking amazing!! There's still some visual issue : A tab sometime appears blue, seems to be some threading issue with our skin xml loading... If your content list is pretty much empty issues is not seen....

Copy DVD is working fine, but skin needs some work.

In the profile tab, the gamertag is misaligned.

HTTP downloader is 100% stable, all of my content seems to get scanned fine ( i got lots of extracted games and xbla games. GOD and homebrew should list fine too, will test later.

Will post some screenshot later today.

About the SVN log not working anymore, it seems like there some issue with our website, just go to http://trac.teamfsd.com/log and you'll see whats going on.

  11. Will FSD 2.0 fix the issue with Wireless Controllers not Synching after FSD is Loaded.

It doesn't happen with other dashes or homebrew, only if FSD 1.x is loaded, the sync button is somewhat deactivated?

    Thanks.

  14. I know a superb feature for Freestyle now that Kreon drives don't work for SSV2. IMG/ISO Ripping would be great or atleast The Ripping of the DMI,PFI, SS and SSV2, it would be great if you could choose witch way you want to rip your game. I don't think this should be hard since this already is available for windows if you connect your Samsung or Benq/LiteOn to a windows computer. The only problem I can think of is the <4GB support since FAT don't support large files and the xbox HPFS support is read only. Not sure if HPFS works at all with Freestyle. I hope there will come a Freeboot plugin for HPFS without restrictions and maybe even NTFS now that it is possible to write to the memory. There are already cheating plugins so I hope this will open up some more possibilities, maybe even restarting games and go to FSD directly without ever needing to use NXE again.....

Thanks for all your great work guys!!

  19. the sync issue is caused by changing the LED colours.

  21. I'm just wondering, but wouldnt it be cool for FSD to have a browser? How hard would that be?

  23. I skipped the screenshots as MaesterRowen pretty much release screenshot of every new gui stuff. Most other changes are going on in the back.
The testing im doing is a all around test of the daily build to validate its current state and see if any new changes has side effects and yes its part of the alpha release cycle, even thought its alpha quality we want to do a bit of testing :P

  24. No, the sync issue is caused by FSD. I have the LEDs on Off (default) and pressing the sync button the Xbox doesn't do anything. If I power on to NXE, it works fine. But I start up FSD, it stops working, even when I go back to the NXE dashboard. Hope this is fixed in 2.0
